Carterton Long Term Plan 2021-2031

The Third Bearing team assisted Carterton District Council to successfully develop the 2021-31 Long Term Plan.  An unexpected staff vacancy mid project meant that additional capacity and skills across a range of aspects of this project.  Responsibilities included working alongside the Project Team to complete project planning and management, development of financial systems and production of financial statements, and completion of key project components including review and development of Financial Strategy, Rating Policies, Revenue and Financing Policy, Consultation and Engagement Strategy, Key Assumptions.  The work required working across council departments and close liaison with Audit NZ to ensure a successful audit process and outcome.
