Establishment and Funding of MBIE Skills Hub

The Central Region Major Projects Skills Hub is an industry-led initiative developed to support local workers into sustainable employment on large regional infrastructure projects. Third Bearing Limited were commissioned by the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment to develop the original concept, develop a business plan, and establish the governance structures to enable community engagement and provide project oversight.
