Grey District Council Infrastructure Services Department Review

Third Bearing was requested to undertake a review of the Infrastructure Services Department. The project required Third Bearing to provide a ‘fresh eyes’ view of the asset management and engineering functions of the Department and make recommendations aimed at optimising the Department’s effectiveness (both operationally and delivered service outputs). The review was to look at all aspects of the composition (including resourcing), management and operations of the Department. This was done in the context of its annual work plan and general service delivery to Council and the Grey community.
