Data Hub Business Case

A North Island iwi recognised the need for a data programme to assist in the coordination of collecting data and information, which was especially relevant during Covid-19. While they self-funded to establish the hub, they also recognised the need to engage with central government entities to fund expansion and engaged Third Bearing to formulate a Single Stage Business Case. The purpose of this document was to assist in defining the strategic context and how investment could be obtained and managed for future growth.
