Third Bearing provided business development consulting and project management services to a commercial client’s successful international tender bid for a $30 million supply contract. The requirement was to ensure total compliance with the specification and conditions of tender. This included gap analysis of the client organisations existing policies, procedures and capability and taking responsibility for developing or managing the organisation change necessary to submit a conforming bid. Third Bearing subsequently assisted its client to get an extension to the initial contract, a successful bid for a second term and leverage demonstrated tender performance to gain additional international clients.
