Simpli Strategic Direction

Simpli is a group of nearly 30 Building Consent Authorities dedicated to improving value to their customers. They wanted to review their strategic direction and evaluate their current product offering, identifying where further value could be added in the regulatory environment. Having undertaken a number of projects with Simpli in the past, Third Bearing was engaged undertake this review and provide advice on the structure and governance of Simpli, including how to position themselves to be more influential in conversations about the built environment.
