Manfeild Park Trust Agri Events Centre

Third Bearing was involved in this project from its inception and provided project management services to the Manfeild Park Trust and CEO, developing the business case for the centre, developing and implementing the Request for Proposals process for the construction contract, managing and monitoring the construction program and contractor delivery via regular formal project meetings. Stakeholder consultation was a significant undertaking in the planning phase of the project and an ongoing communication plan and process has been implemented, including web-based initiatives.
