Manawatū Rugby Performance Centre

Third Bearing completed a feasibility study for the Manawatū Rugby Union on the establishment of a Rugby Performance Centre in Palmerston North. The MRU Performance Centre was built as a community project that involved significant financial and in-kind contributions from a wide range of Manawatū businesses and organisations. The project consisted of a new 250m2 extension to an existing warehouse to incorporate new offices, toilets, showers, changing rooms and storage area. The existing building footprint received a full renovation that included a gym area with specialist flooring and technology systems, providing the union with one of the best provincial facilities in the country.
