Globe Theatre Redevelopment Feasibility Study

Third Bearing completed a feasibility study for the Palmerston North City Council for a proposed extension to the Globe Theatre to provide a 100 seat flat floor auditorium, enhanced foyer area and café facility. The purpose of the feasibility study was to assess the long term sustainability and impacts of the proposed extension to the existing Globe Theatre. The feasibility study was also contained the relevant information required for presentation to potential funders and supporters of the project.
